I drink a lot of coffee, listen to a huge number of podcasts and I love design.

I have worked with numerous clients over the years and every one of them likes to do things in a different way. Luckily, I'm pretty flexible. If you don't know what you want and need inspiration, I'm here to help. If you know exactly what you want but don't know how to execute it, I can do that, too. From the ideas stage, all the way through to the finished product, we will work together to create something you love.

A Guide to Getting Back to Work after Having a Baby

I've worked as a freelance senior graphic designer for almost 10 years and returned to work after maternity leave last year. The way I can work has changed, the landscape has changed and the market is very quiet. I am now building my client base back up and thought I would share my thoughts on my journey so far, in case it helps any other freelancers struggling with the return to work. I'm looking for work, so if you're in the market for a freelance graphic designer, get in touch.

My Mistakes as a Freelancer

We all make mistakes (excuse me while I plunge headfirst in to a shame well for 45 minutes). Here's some mistakes I made when I started freelancing and how you can avoid them. If I'm honest, this is a little dry. Perhaps for my next article it should be heinous faux pas I made when I was in my twenties that still haunt me to this day.

Pomodoro Method for Procrastinators

When I'm not busy, I will do anything to avoid doing the little things that should be done but don't need to be done right now. I use the Pomodoro Method to get myself started. It's hugely helpful to me, so thought I'd share it with you.
